Voltruck specialise in the service and repair
of Volvo Trucks and Buses, in addition to ZF
transmissions and Cummins engines.
The Voltruck workshop employs approximately
25 staff, of which 9 are apprentices. We employ
a full time technical trainer to ensure that
our technicians and apprentices skill levels
are optimised.
We also have a fitter and turner on staff for
fabrication, chassis rail and body repairs.
CMV Voltruck can undertake most jobs ranging
from the diagnosis of complicated electrical
faults, out of chassis engine rebuild, automatic
transmission overhauls and cab replacements.
Voltruck holds the full range of Volvo &
ZF tooling and diagnostic equipment, as well
as a motorised test bench for testing ZF automatic
transmissions after rebuild.
The Voltruck service team includes the following

you with your requirements and ensure that your
vehicle recieves the highest level of mechanical
